1. Guaranteed numbers are due at least 7 days prior the event date. Once guarantee numbers are given they can go up, but cannot be lowered. 2. Final Payment is due a minimum of 5 days prior to the event date. If additional expenses are incurred a credit card will be requested at the time of the order. A credit card will need to be on file to charge for any hosted bars. 3. The Las Cruces Convention Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. The Las Cruces Convention Center does not accept checks within 14 days of the event date without a credit card on file to cover any charges. 4. The agreement for leasing the space includes a food and beverage minimum. This figure is based on the information provided at the time of contracting and does not represent any specifics for the meals or packages unless stated in the Special Conditions Section. 5.
